Graduate / Junior Application Support Engineer

£25,000 – £35,000 per annum

Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire

An ambitious Graduate/Junior Application Support Engineer is required by a leading technology company based in Aylesbury. Due to planned expansion the company are looking to hire a Graduate/Junior Application Support Engineer to join their existing team working in a highly technical but relaxed environment.

This is a role that offers clear progression opportunities and the chance to work with modern technology whilst providing excellent support and service to customers for their bespoke software.

The successful Graduate/Junior Application Support Engineer will likely have a degree in Computer Science, Computing or a related subject and ideally have some experience using SQL and software troubleshooting tools.

Essential experience;

– SQL

– Degree in Computer Science, Computing, Software Engineering, or similar

– Excellent communication skills

Any experience in the following is not essential but would be advantageous;

– Cloud technology – AWS, Azure

– Software troubleshooting tools/techniques

– NoSQL

– VoIP, WebRTC, HTTP, HTTPS
