Contract CMM inspectors, this could be the contract role that makes your 2020 and due to the size of the business helps you work on your traditional PSC3 (LTD) contract for the foreseeable!

The Job

This is a senior Inspection position which will be the only Inspector on site within a busy sub con machine shop. You will be in daily contact with the machinists and programmers to share your reports and raise any concerns to help problem solve. On a daily basis you can expect to be writing programs in Pc-Dmis for the CMM and using a Romer arm with Polyworks to inspect machined metallic and composite components.

The company

They are a small yet established sub con, who supply into the F1, Aerospace, pharma and Automotive industries. Their workshop has been recently fitted out so you can expect a new purposely built work area.

Experience

As this is a stand alone position we are looking for an extremely competent inspector, not just in Pc-Dmis or in using a Romer arm, but someone who is engineering savvy, someone who eats GD&T for breakfast and is will stand by their results when questioned.
