A great opportunity to work within a specialist Neurological Care Centre in Milton Keynes as a Charge Nurse (Lead) they specialise in the multidisciplinary care of adults and work with residents, families, charities and the NHS to provide the highest quality care , they are well known in the area for delivering their high level of neurological care and neuro rehabilitation, The centre consist of 25 beds with a variety of age ranges located within Milton Keynes.
As a Charge Nurse (Lead) you will be:-
* As a registered nurse you will support residents with emotional and functional care- Neurological care and Neuro Rehabilitation.
* Working 38.5 hours a week.
* As the Charge Nurse you will be lead of the shift which would mean completing the medication round while support staff assist you.
* 24 hour care to all residents when on shift.
* Be able to support and maintain care plans
* Be able to support and train support and care staff.
Qualifications/Experience/Requirements
* You will need to be a Registered General Nurse (RGN,RMN or RNLD) with Pin which is still in date.
* 2 years experience working within Neurological care and Neuro Rehabilitation to be considered for the senior position.
* Living within travelling distance of the centre.
* Being able to drive would be beneficial as public transport is very limited.
