The Role
The company is looking for a Senior Quantity surveyor/ Quantity Surveyor, who will be reporting into a Commercial Manager.The role will be office based initally for the first 3 month- with an immediate start, with travel expected to other projects within the UK.

Duties will include:
Prepare detailed cost reporting on a weekly/ monthly basis.
Monitor and explain all cost movements.
Produce and prepare all valuations and variations
Produce Final accounts and CVR's.

Individual:
The company is driven, hardworking and ambitious as a collective. This will suit a Senior Quantity Surveyor/ Quantity Surveyor who has worked on New Build Construction projects and covered Data Centres, Warehouses and Commercial Office new Builds from start to completion. Main Contracting background will be essential.

Must have
Degree Qualified
Worked for a UK Main Contractor over the last 5 years
Covered projects from £5m upwards as a minimum
Commercially astute
Full clean driving licence
Humble
Willingness to learn
Works fairly with the supply chain and sub contractors

There will be travel involved, so ths indivudal must be willing to travel across the UK.
