SEN Teaching Assistants – Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire

Dunbar SEN is looking for SEN Teaching Assistants to work within a fantastic school in Milton Keynes for an immediate start. If you have experience working with children with special needs, whether that is classroom-based or outside the classroom, this school wants to hear from you!

Dunbar Education is currently working with a special school in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire who is seeking SEN TA’s to work within their collaborative and hard-working team. This school caters to children and young people with an Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or a Social Communication difficulty, from the age of 4 to 19. They understand the importance of physical and mental health and prioritise the wellbeing of all their pupils and classes take part in mindfulness activities. Classes also give pupils time to share thoughts and feelings as well as understanding how to treat themselves and others.

This school has excellent facilities to cater to the needs of the children and to equip the Teachers and Support Staff when working with the students of their school.

They prioritise the individuality of these children and understand each child is different. They are looking for a candidate who has experience either outside the classroom with transferable skills or within the classroom in a special setting. This candidate must be resilient, confident, characteristic, and have the ability to adapt to different settings.

The ideal candidate will also have:
