We have a fantastic opportunity for a you to join a worldwide business with prestigious offices here in Milton Keynes. Initially working on a temporary basis, this has the possibility for being made a permanent role for the successful candidate.
The main objective of this role will be to generate new business opportunities for our clients sales team via telephone. You'll drive new sales opportunities and deliver excellent customer service to our ever-growing portfolio of customers.
Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Making outbound calls and qualify leads B2B
Make arrangements for our Strategic Account Management to follow up
Keep all CRM data up to date and amend where appropriate
Proactively keep up to date with the company's products and services
To liaise with other business areas to give the customer a great experience
To achieve personal and business targets
Maintain a relationship with our customers, ensuring customer satisfactionWe are looking for someone with:
Proven experience in a similar role
Ability to influence with excellent negotiation skills
Motivated, customer focused team player
Ability to operate efficiently in a high-volume environment
Organised, self-motivated with excellent attention to detail
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Capable of prioritising workload to ensure agreed service levels are met
Ability to work under pressure, whilst maintaining a high level of professionalism
