IT Infrastructure Manager – Milton Keynes – £65,000 – Information security, Infrastructure, Cloud

Lynx Recruitment is working with an award-winning, International business who are looking to add an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to their team in Milton Keynes. The Infrastructure Manager will be responsible for all infrastructure and related services as well as information and cyber security for the UK organization.

Characteristics of the position and business:

– 3 Infrastructure Engineers
– Approximately 260 Users
– Multiple application hosted environments
– 5 Data Centres/Rooms and 4 Separate Service providers and models
– Multiples technologies and platforms
– Group/Global Security Standards and Tools

Main Assignments of the role

* Overall ownership of end-to-end infrastructure and support services for UK division, leading and governing strategy, process and policy.

* Ownership of all Major Infrastructure and related incident impacting the UK division.

* Manage the Infrastructure Team for UK division

* Manage 3rd Party Service Providers delivering infrastructure and support services

* Ensure all KPI’s are in place, reviewed and continually improved.

* Lead and manage all Service Reviews and Improvement Plans

* Ensure all Infrastructure is cyber security protected in line with Group standards and policies.

Skills and experience:

– Experience within Windows server, Active Directory and Exchange
– Experience within Saas &Cloud technologies such as Azure OR AWS
– Experience within Security (Cyber/Information)
