We are a healthcare provider that specialises in personalised care for people with brain injuries. We are looking for additional Support Workers in the Aylesbury Area. If you are reliable, empathetic, patient, creative, energetic and have good communication skills we want to hear from you.
About the Client
You will be working to support a young individual who has recently sustained a traumatic brain injury, living within their family home. You will be supporting our client in all aspects of her daily routine, which will include personal care, moving and handling, medication and community-based rehabilitation programme. You will work as part of a wider multi-disciplinary team including Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech and Language Therapy and Neuropsychology. The young person requires her team of support workers to be fun, motivating and have a positive adaptable personality.
The right candidates must be proactive to make a difference to our client’s life, to support her to work towards her goals and to grow to reach her potential as part of a wider rehabilitation programme.
Shifts
The shifts for the position would be 7am-7pm days and 7pm-7am as we have both days and waking nights available with hourly rates starting from £11.00 per hour.
