Zachary Daniels has an exciting new opportunity for an Area Manager to join an extremely innovative, progressive and dynamic retailer who continue to grow and develop. This role will form a central part of their expansion, the addition of an Area Manager in a newly created role is an important step as they continue to grow and develop. You will be joining a vibrant, fun and driven organisation where every colleague has a focus on being the best in their sector.

As our clients new Area Manager, you will be responsible for a number of different geographical regions, be responsible for the development of your Store Team. As a proven retail leader, you will set the tone with your team, drive via encouragement and support, as well as creating a fantastic working environment for colleagues and ultimately customers.

The successful Area Manager will be from a very service focused retail background, has experience of developing people, driving performance and has a track record of delivering results.

We are looking to recruit an established Area Manager with strong multi-site experience. The successful retail leader will be able to demonstrate excellent leadership skills, has had extensive experience in developing and coaching colleagues to deliver a unique customer journey that leaves the customer with a lasting impression. A full, clean driving licence is required as well as a willingness to cover 4-5 counties and major cities within your patch.
