You will take ownership and overall responsibility for the quality of client marketing campaigns ensuring they are delivered on time and on budget whilst maintaining and growing accounts through relationship building.
The client is looking for a candidate from an Agency background with the following qualities/experience:
* Experience of growing accounts and driving business through cross-sell/up-sell ideas
* Experience of working on demand/lead generation campaigns
* Experience of working on paid media and advertising campaigns desirable
* Offer expert guidance to clients
* Able to motivate, guide and develop 2 x junior members of the team, and oversee the quality of their outputs
* Able to constructively challenge delivery teams’ outputs (like Studio) to ensure providing the best to clients and meeting campaign objectives
* Familiar with content strategies, able to suggest derivative content types and new formats to the client that will engage target audiences
* Familiar with campaign blueprints including customer/buyer journeys e.g. how to engage target audience with inbound and outbound tactics and drive a lead through to sales
* Attention to detail for proof reading and testing, a stickler for typos
* Goes above and beyond to impress the client by adding value to strategic conversations
* Appreciates the challenge of ensuring tight deadlines are met, without sacrificing quality
* Doesn’t settle for standard, always looking to impress the client, rather than just get through to-do list as quickly as possible
* Can enforce processes such as project management tools and time logging, practices what preaches!
* Commercially minded and used to review the P&L on projects, considers what makes a project successful
* Able to report on the success of a campaign for the client including engagement, conversions etc, and add insight and recommendations
The role offers an excellent salary of £45K plus great benefits and work from home options too
