We are looking for a full-time Field Care Supervisor in the Milton Keynes area of Buckinghamshire. You must have a driving licence and access to a vehicle.

* £20K-£21K per annum DOE.

* Monday-Friday working on-call one weekend in three.

The job role

The Field Care Supervisor with on-call duties is expected to perform a variety of duties in the completion of service for clients and CAREGivers. You will support their Care Team to provide a variety of non-medical services that allow their clients to remain in their own homes and to enhance the quality of their life. The role will include:

* Carrying out care consultations and writing detailed care plans.

* Building and maintaining relationships with clients and their families.

* Supporting and mentoring staff.

* Carrying out staff supervisions.

* To answer telephone calls with confidence and in a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable manner.

* Participating in the shared on-call rota.

Criteria

* You should have a minimum of 1-years’ experience in either working with older adults or the homecare sector.

* Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent is preferred.

* Ability to treat and care for clients and their property with dignity and respect.

* Excellent timekeeper who is organized and reliable.

* You will have good knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation & regulations.

* Above all, you will be hard-working and dedicated with a passion for the sector and making a difference.
