Bright Selection is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a privately owned care home, which due to retirement, is looking for a new Care Home Manager.

The home is located between Amersham and Chesham in Buckinghamshire. It's a small care home at <30 beds and so allows for a hands on management style where you can lead from the front and be visible around the home. The home is very well established and benefits from a long standing relationship with the local community.

We are seeking a Home Manager with the right skills and proven track record to continually improve standards, develop the team and promote best practice in elderly care. As the Home Manager, you will be the registered manager with CQC and will work closely with the company Director and senior leadership team who are an excellent support. You must be quality led in your approach and champion person centred care.

Experience required:

Proven background working as a home manager or deputy home manager of a care setting for older people.
Qualified with the L5 qualification or equivalent.
Excellent working knowledge of CQC Regs & KLOE's
Strong leadership skills
Good working knowledge of current legislation
Able to effectively communicate, promote and develop a multi-skilled staff team

Salary offered in the region of £35,000 – £38,000pa which is negotiable DEO.
