Customer Maintenance Operative
Bucks with travel to Berks, Hants, Surrey
£33,000p.a. + (Van, Fuel Card, Pension, Holiday)

I am currently recruiting for a Customer Maintenance Operative / Multi Trade Operative for a high end regional developer. The main responsibilities of the role in undertaking small repairs and defect work on new build houses.

* Painting and decorating

* Basic carpentry

* Dealing with handover snagging

* Good levels of communication and ability to explain construction processes

* Good people skills – customer interaction will be high

* Professional approach to clients and customers and colleagues

The Role

This role will involve organising your diary based on specific requirements sent through from Head Office in regards to numerous residential properties.

You will meet with customers to resolve any small issues in their new build property.

You will be create reports on works carried out and send these back to head office and ensure progress is logged on to the internal systems
