EXPERIENCED ORGANIC WASTE OPERATIONS MANAGER REQUIRED TO DRIVE FORWARD ANAEROBIC DIGESTION PLANT OPERATIONS

TITLE: Plant Manager – Anaerobic Digestion

Salary: Circa £65,000 plus Benefits

Location: Candidates will be considered from Tring, High Wycombe, Aylesbury, Slough, Maidenhead and surrounding area

Previous Roles: Operations Manager, Plant Manager, Works Manager, Production Manager, Process Manager, MBT Manager, Site Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES – Plant Manager – Anaerobic Digestion

You will oversee the operations at a Biological Anaerobic Digestion sites ensuring KPI's are met, and safety, ISO standards, environmental and company policy are adhered to.

You will develop the teams to deliver effective processing and output within the operation and ensure that staffing levels are controlled, and performance levels are kept to a high standard.

You will ensure all maintenance schedules are adhered to.

You will be integral to the development of new facilities and have a close relationship with the National Operations Manager

Responsible for cost control and budget management

EXPERIENCE – Plant Manager – Anaerobic Digestion

You will have

Excellent safety record ideally NEBOSH or above

Any engineering experience a bonus you may have been a Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Maintenance Manager or Engineering Manager in a process or production environment

Excellent man and change management skills

Experience managing contractors

WAMITAB COTC4 (Certificate of technical competence) ideally in Biological Waste Treatment
