This is a pivotal role in a drive to improve customer satisfaction and the role will be varied and interesting including:-
• maintaining and developing strong working relationships with assigned customers and internal teams
• managing and coordinating delivery of monthly service reports
• scheduling and leading on site service review meetings and ensuring follow up of any necessary actions
• helping to resolve customer issues through effective working relationships with internal teams
To be successful in this role, you must have a proven track record within the NHS (either working within or for a supplier), with strong relationship and negotiating skills, plus experience of change and release management and an understanding of continuous improvement.
This is a home based role with extensive travel to customer sites so you will need to be happy to travel and have a driving licence.
