Test Manager

High Wycombe / Beaconsfield

Salary: £52,000 – £55,000 per annum

Contract: 12 month fixed term contract with possibility of extension

Hours: 37 per week, Monday – Friday

Our client are embarking on a major digital transformation programme and they’re looking for an experienced Test Manager to contribute to the delivery of the programme.

Through the provision of test strategies, associated plans and structured and methodical test analysis, you will ensure relevant and cost effective testing is put in place, and work very closely with others in the business to ensure the delivered solution is fit for purpose.

The purpose of the role will involve developing and maintaining the solution implementation test strategy, test quality framework and supporting standards to ensure the most effective testing approaches are utilised across the solution development. Managing the test team, you will be responsible for guiding and assuring test activities, maintaining alignment with the overall test strategy, quality framework and agreed standards.

They’re looking for you to have experience managing the test component of a transformation or ERP programme and it is key that you have previously implemented test strategies and plans. Holding an ISEB certification (or any equivalent within software testing), you’ll be an experienced Test Manager with strong knowledge of test management tools and End to End manual and automated Testing processes.
