I am currently recruiting for a Client Services Consultant to join by client based in Milton Keynes.  This position is a mixture of customer service and administration where you are ensuring that service delivery and customer satisfaction go hand in hand.  The ideal candidate would have previously worked within client services or worked within a position that delivers a high level of customer service both over the phone and via email.  The responsibilities within this role will be to administer and create client accounts, deal with client queries as well as account managing the process of on boarding new customers.  My client really believes in delivering client excellence and are extremely passionate about recruiting someone who can add value to their business and customers.  With this in remind they offer a great package of a salary between £24,000 – £26,000, quarterly and annual bonus’s.
