J&J Recruitment Services are currently recruiting an experienced and hands on Warehouse Team Manager, this is a fantastic opportunity to work for an industry leading 3PL site based in Milton Keynes

The main purpose of this role is to manage direct receiving, warehousing and distribution operations.

You will oversee the efficient receipt, storage, value-adding servicing and dispatch of a wide variety of products. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure that all KPI & daily targets are achieved and that all warehouse processes are running smoothly and promptly.

Key Requirements

• Proven work experience as a warehouse manager ideally in a 3PL environment

• Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices

• Proven ability to coach and develop others

• Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Hands on experience with warehouse management software and databases

• Computer literate in Microsoft packages such as; WORD, EXCEL (pivot table & v lookup) , POWERPOINT

• Leadership skills and ability manage staff

• Strong decision making and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication skills
