Customer Technical Support Specialist – Based Buckingham
Salary up to £28,000 dependent on experience, plus bonus, excellent benefits
This is an exciting opportunity for a Customer Technical Support Specialist who has a real passion and genuine interest in the Motorsport Industry.
Candidates MUST be able to demonstrate working in a Customer Technical Support role within the Automotive or Motorsport industry, any knowledge/experience of vehicle data analysis, vehicle testing, or race data analysis would be an advantage, and hold a full driving licence
Please note, this is NOT an IT Support role
As a Customer Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing clients with technical support advice on a variety of products via the telephone, email and SKYPE to global customers and a network of distributors.
Candidates will be technically minded with a customer-centric approach and have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Candidates & Duties
Able to demonstrate experience of working in the OEM/Automotive or Motorsport industry and supporting customers on technical products
Ability to learn quickly and understand products on a technical level
Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and concise writing technique
Professional telephone manner and willing to go the extra mile
Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task under minimal supervision
Any experience and understanding of vehicle CAN / GPS data or technical testing experience would be an advantage
