Support Engineer (Spanish Speaking) | Service Provider| Remote Based

Reaching out to you today as we are actively recruiting for a Support Engineer to join a global telecommunications provider, which is responsible for delivering hundreds of solutions globally and supporting billions of sessions each year.

* Recent won the contract to manage India’s largest IT companies cloud network
* Has offices internationally including (Rome, Frankfurt & South America)
Responsibilities:
* Managing VoIP Networks
* Being the point of contact and 2nd line support
* Troubleshooting & Managing tickets
* Lead Engineer for customers
Experience:
* Spanish Speaking
* Understanding of VoIP
* SQL Experience
* Telecommunications exposure ideally
Package Details:
* Up to £30,000 base salary
* 5% Discretionary Bonus
