The Network Performance Manager will be the driving force behind the running of our “charge on the go” network, delivering an to up-time of >98% by working closely with the field based teams and our Data and Analytic team to build a data-led decision-making environment focused on predictive maintenance of our network.
* Establish and promote the utilisation of data and insight in decision-making across the network team
* Become the trusted partner who operational colleagues automatically turn to for analytical support
* Develop a suite of reporting and insight tools that empower the network team to make data-driven decisions with confidence. This will involve training colleagues on these tools
* Work with our Data & Analytic team, and wider bp colleagues to become a trusted partner
* Deliver to specific team/area OKRs
