Product Specialist – Allergy & Antibody Testing
Milton Keynes | £30,000 – £35,000 plus annual bonuses + Car & Benefits

The Role:

Founded in 1994, we have established our name through many years' experience both in the field of allergy diagnosis and treatment, and in the supply and technical support of ELISA kits for research and routine laboratories.

The main centres that purchase our products are the NHS and private hospitals plus research groups.

We are seeking to recruit a professional and confident individual to join our small team working as a Product Specialist.

As a Product Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering one-to-one and group training to users. You will also be responsible for providing product demonstrations to prospective clients. This can include presenting at sales meetings and demonstrating functionality at healthcare conferences around the UK. As an expert in the products, you will be involved in supporting user groups, meeting training needs, analysis, and troubleshooting.

The role will be office based in Milton Keynes, but some travel will be required to meet with potential customers across the UK and some international travel to receive product training.
Applicants must be reliable, have excellent customer service and communication skills and work well within a small team and independently. Skills that are an advantage but not essential are experience in training, customer facing roles or healthcare settings.

Salary and Benefits:

You will receive an excellent starting salary from £30,000 – £35,000 plus annual bonuses.
