About the role:

As our Scrum Master, you will own the Agile/Scrum process and methodology’s tooling and acts as the driving force behind the Agile methodology across the company. You will make the team aware of potential barriers and facilitates efforts to resolve them, and continually work with the team and business to find and implement improvements.

Key duties and responsibilities of our Scrum Master:

– Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies

– Ensure a timely resolution of any external blockers and barriers by focusing on the Scrum values of openness, respect, and honesty

– Ensure and optimize continuous improvement of Scrum teams in your area of responsibility

– Lead and drive the continuous review and improvement in our overall Agile process

– Ensure team commitments are met in close cooperation with the team & product owner

– Align with the architecture team regarding the enablement of a test-driven, continuous deployment, agile methodology

– On-board team members, SMEs and project stakeholders with the Agile practices

– Coach and educate your team and stakeholders in agile principles and help the team to achieve the given commitment

– Extend Agile across all relevant e-Commerce & MO areas

What we are looking for in our ideal Scrum Master:

– Academic degree in Information technology and/or business management

– Certified Scrum Master (CSM or PSM)

– 4 – 6 years of relevant experience

– Experience in an Agile development and Test Driven development environment

– Ability to analyse team performance and find ways to improve

– Process oriented personality that has a talent for figuring out the processes necessary to get things done

– Can stimulate a culture of wisdom and can assess each person's hot button needed to get the best out of individuals and the team

– Uses rigorous logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions

– Constantly strives for optimal solutions and pushes oneself to achieve the best results

– Open to change and work within a fast-paced environment

– Thinks and acts from a customer perspective and is dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements from internal and external customers
