Are you an IT Support Technician??

Our client is going through a period of transformation, they're looking for a Senior IT Support Technician to support the day to day delivery of the IT function as well as get involved in technical projects. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of working on a service desk working with SIMS, Office 365, Exchange Windows Server and VMware.

Reporting to the IT Manager the successful candidate will be responsible for completing projects to ensure the continuous delivery of IT services through interaction with staff and end users. Ideally this person will have a minimum of 2 years of IT Support experience prior to this application.

Key skills:
** Office 365 and Exchange
** Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, VLANS
** strong understanding of troubleshooting
** Strong Communication skills
