Are you an experienced Sales Ledger assistant perhaps looking for a new opportunity? If so, we are currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant or Sales Ledger Assistant for this Head Office function in Milton Keynes
This is a fantastic opportunity for a sales Ledger Assistant who is seeking a permanent position, working as part of a team, with variety and responsibility within a friendly environment.
Responsibilities:
Receive, sort and log daily banking for allocated sites.
Complete daily banking posting sheets for allocated sites.
Correctly allocate payments to the relevant outstanding SL accounts.
Raising cheques.
Review your SL accounts, resolve queries and distribute weekly debtor reports to your allocated sites.
Reconcile cash suspense accounts.
Investigate and resolve queries quickly and efficiently.
Resolving internal queries quickly and efficiently.
Successful Applicant:
Previous experience working in a cashiering/sales ledger role.
Attention to detail.
Enthusiastic and motivated.
Computer literacy, strong administration and time management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Be a confident communicator both verbal and written.
High volume retail or motor retail experience is beneficial but not essential.
