Home Based covering the UK
As Implementation Consultant you will be taking ownership and leading the delivery of a new platform to their customer base in the UK. Working alongside the sales & account management team you’ll utilise your technical software and coding experience to integrate and adapt the new platform to fulfil the client’s needs.

This is an opportunity to utilise your client engagement experience and technical software knowledge whilst also providing you with a genuine opportunity to support this global automotive SaaS company growth trajectory.

Your responsibilities will include:

Leading the technical delivery and implementation of the new platform to new and existing customers
Providing feedback to the business in terms of the platform’s performance and have the autonomy to make apply adaptation to meet the client’s needs
You’ll be comfortable leading meetings with clients

This is an opportunity to utilise your technical software, coding and customer facing experience. You don’t need to be a software developer but be able to play the role between the customer and the development team internally. You must have customer facing experience in a similar implementation or software engineer role.

It will be beneficial to have a degree in Computer Science but by no ways mean a must,

You’ll enjoy taking the lead, not be afraid to ask questions and the opportunity to create new integrations or apply further changes to the platform.
