TSYS Managed Services EMEA operates managed service centres in the EMEA region on behalf of the TSYS client portfolio, including many of the world’s largest banks and building societies. The TMS Change Management Team manage and control Business As Usual (BAU) changes within TMS. The team are responsible for ensuring the safe landing of all BAU business changes into the TMS Operation; their remit includes overseeing the receipt, assessment, resourcing, approval, implementation, communication, testing, charging and closure of all BAU changes.
The Change Management Manager is a key cross functional role within the organisation that has as its primary mission the requirement to develop, maintain, coordinate, monitor, report and manage the change process across the organisation. You will lead, develop and inspire the TMS Change Management team to ensure best in class change delivery through execution of BAU changes in accordance with organization's Change Management methodology, continuous process improvement and effective stakeholder engagement.

Key duties and responsibilities of our Change Management Manager:
– Ensures change management function operates in controlled environment following TMS Change management methodologies and conducts continuous process reviews and improvements according to business and client needs.
– Plans and optimizes utilization of resources in support of our clients and our business, to drive effective financial and change delivery performance in line with established targets. Executes strategies to handle emerging change work stack and address possible resourcing gaps.
– Supports the change managers in their day to day activities; implements learning and development strategies to ensure they have the skills and expertise to execute their changes; provides coaching, guidance and mentoring as needed.
– Builds solid and mutually beneficial working relationships with other functional teams across Operations, IT, Testing, Compliance, MI & Reporting, Client Services, Relationship Management, TSYS, Clients, Third Parties and Executive Management to ensure smooth change process
– Serves as an escalation point for the change management team, clients, and support teams. Collaborates with cross-functional teams and leadership to seek low risk resolutions to issues, obstacles and risks.
– Identifies and / or implements new and more efficient ways of working. Proactively contribute ideas, knowledge and support towards the ongoing advancement of change performance and the project management community.
– Contributes to change management strategy formulation and drives the strategy execution for Change management function
– Executes, supports and oversees known and emerging project/programmes ensuring seamless and timely implementation

Our ideal Change Management Manager will have the following experience:
Essential;
– Bachelors degree and/or relevant experience in related field
– Team management experience including recruitment, support and development
– Solid experience of Change and / or Project Management
Desirable;
– Solid understanding of contact centre environment, financial services (credit card if possible), a regulated environment and working in an outsourced environment
– Experience of working in a fast paced, fluid environment where meeting client deadlines with an efficient but managed approach is vital
– Prince2, APM or similar project management qualifications
