Fast food demands a fast-paced Food Technical Manager with QSR experience.

That's right, you'll be responsible for driving the Quality and Health agenda for this hugely popular household name. A technical background in QSRs will be the ideal. This isn't about delivery of BRC so a career built solely in food manufacturing won't translate here.

You'll need strength of character and resilience, with the presence, personality and gravitas to influence at a senior level. Your ability to translate food regulatory standards into simple everyday procedure is vital, as you'll be working with Store Managers to make sure there are no corners cut and that they understand the brevity around stringent Quality and Technical delivery.

You're a strong and influential collaborator, managing stakeholder expectations at all levels of the business, ensuring clear communication channels in articulating complex issues across multi-functional teams.

Technical must haves:

Food Science Degree, Microbiology Degree or equivalent relevant experience gained in food production and delivery.
Experience of food science and food regulatory and legal understanding.
Thorough knowledge of HACCP, Food Safety and QMS.
