Your New Role
We are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join a newly established team working closely within the Financial Services arm of the business. You will form part of a successful team working with customers discussing their needs in and around their car financing. Within this role you will need to demonstrate an excellent telephone manner enabling you to build rapport with customers to handle all queries effectively and efficiently

What You'll Need to Succeed
You will be able to showcase a track record working within high pressure contact centre environments whilst consistently delivering results to a exemplary standard. IT literacy is also important within this role allowing you to work efficiently on business systems logging actions and updates. Naturally, to be successful within this role you will also be determined and passionate about your work alongside any expertise of the motor industry which would be beneficial, yet not essential.
