A successful family owned business with a global customer base are recruiting for a Warehouse Team Leader on a rotating days shift. The ideal Warehouse Team Leader will have experience within a similar position previously.

Commutable from: High Wycombe, Stokenchurch, Slough, Maidenhead, Aylesbury, Oxford, Reading, Watford, Abingdon

Salary: £ 24,000 – £ 26,000 per annum, & an annual bonus scheme, pension, life insurance, health plan, 23 days annual leave (rising with service) & bank holidays, cycle to work scheme, holiday buying scheme

The Role

The Warehouse Team Leader will be responsible for:
Manage relationships at all levels within the business and externally also
Plan the days work load for teams and update the internal database (Winman)
Ensure all daily targets are met
Ensure Goods In and Out processes are adhered to
Strong people management skills, able to lead and motivate a team
Ensure Health & Safety processes are adhered to
Help management with hiring and training of employees also

The Person

Proven management experience within a warehouse environment
Good working knowledge of a warehouse management system (Winman desirable but not essential)
Strong communicator and able to work well with others
A deadline driven meticulous candidate with good attention to detail
Hold a full UK driving license
