Team Teach Teaching Assistant – High Wycombe

Full time

Monday to Friday. 8.30 am – 3.30 pm

£70-£80 per day

We at Supply Desk are seeking a Teaching Assistant with Team Teach experience, who will be working with challenging students at a specialist school providing unconditional support.

This an opportunity to work for a specialist school who pride themselves on exceptional support. They aim to keep every student stimulated, encourage autonomy and equip their students with social skills that allow them to form meaningful, lasting relationships.  

Your Responsibilities:

Working with small groups of students providing high level support.
Encouraging students to be aspirational and take on responsibilities.
Aid in student personal development.
Improving students communication and social skills
Ideal Person:

You will be comfortable and confident working with students who have Special Educational Needs. You will bring a positive energy and promote constructive behaviours. Finally you will have boundless patience and energy!

Team teach qualification is compulsory.
