I am supporting a market leading client of mine based in Milton Keynes with their search for CAD Design Manager.

The role is due to the company growing organically and needing a master CAD designer to join the team to manage the technical design and take it to the next level.

Exciting times ahead for the business so there will be lots of opportunities to develop and progress within.

The Role

Technical design via CAD for a variety of products for new and existing customers
Support external sales teams with projects and presentations to customers listening to their needs
Take briefs and work on various projects at once – create innovative cost saving solutions for customers
Constantly striving to make improvements in productivity and efficiency
Ensure deadlines are met but standards are kept to high standards at all timesThe Candidate

Extensive knowledge and experience designing with CAD
Ability to work smart and efficiently
Track record of cost saving projects
Customer facing and excellent communicator
Results driven
Team player
Experience using Adobe suite, Kasemake and sketch up
