INTERNAL RECRUITER – Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire

2021 will be our best year yet with a desire to increase our headcount in line with continued sales growth and market opportunity. Our Internal Recruiter position is newly formed, providing the successful candidate an opportunity to create, build and drive the strategy around how we attract promising, emerging talent and experienced hires to our team.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in either an agency environment or a start-up/small internal team.

Key responsibilities:

* Building communities of experienced and non-experienced recruitment professionals, positioning our brand effectively and maintaining year-round contact with localised and experienced talent.

* Advertising live/available opportunities on job boards, social media, and LinkedIn.

* Proactively sourcing new candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools.

* Developing channels to create employment brand awareness.

* Conducting first stage screening & interviews to identify candidate suitability.

* Working to business goals and targets to ensure that we achieve our growth plans.

What are we looking for?

* Recruitment experience in either an agency or internal role is preferable.

* Experience recruiting sales positions is beneficial.

* Goal orientated with a drive to help the business identify and attract the best talent.

* Positive attitude, inspirational and preparedness to be a brand ambassador.

* Creative thinker and willing develop new channels to attract the best talent.

* People focussed, confident, articulate, and natural rapport builder.
