£30,000 – £40,000 + Bonus + Laptop + Car + Pension
The Company
Our client is a key player within the Power Generation industry, they are looking to recruit a Southern Territory Business Development Manager. The candidate must be Sales hungry and driven who will contribute towards their aggressive growth plans to become the market leaders in their industry.
The Role
As a Business Development Manager you will be responsible for:
* To develop and grow brand new business by ensuring that the core strengths of Quality and Service are maintained and seek opportunities to add value.
* To manage the relationships with existing customers ensuring that all individual requirements are met, fighting hard to retain business.
* End to end Project Management from point of sale to handover.
* Travelling to site to promote the products and brand to prospective clients .
* Plan appropriate pitches. Work with the team to develop proposals that mirror the clients needs, concerns and objectives.
* Build and maintain excellent internal relationships to ensure the smooth installation and completion of each project.

The Candidate
* Business Development within Power Generation marketplace would be ideal
* Self-motivation with an ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Ownership and responsibility for the role and accounts.
* Initiative and an ability to identify potential alternative opportunities.
* Understanding of the relationship between internal company functions and recognising where shortfalls need to be supported.
* Liaising and negotiating with customer contacts from non-management roles up to business owner levels.
* Commercial awareness.
* Project Management.
* Customer Relationship Management.
* You must live within The South of England
