Your company and team
Your company is a non-for-profit organisation supporting the public to strike a good work life balance from providing a number of Sports and Leisure products, discounts and activities. Your role
You will work within your companies brand new programme management team and manage the delivery of a range of important programmes and projects through the complete lifecycle from initiation to closure preferably through agile delivery methodologies.
For example, you will manage transformation projects, focused on optimising and enhancing the online member journey. You will also be involved in reviewing your company’s IT infrastructure and overseeing the companies new eCommerce platform. Another big area of your new role will be the companies new website and CRM projects.
You will deliver elements of your companies digital roadmap and future phases of their digital service programme and manage tenders and contracts. You will also provide support and assistance in the promotion and adoption of Programme & Project Management best practices across the business.
Your skills
You will have experience managing business change and delivering IT and digital projects and managing a variety of different stakeholders. You will have strong service delivery and management experience of complex and dynamic digital environments.
Besides working via agile methodology in projects it would be beneficial having experience working with Smartsheets, Microsoft Dynamics and Power BI.
