COMMERCIAL & RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR

Our client is a Legal 500 regional firm with offices in the City of London and the M25 corridor. The firm have a network of highly skilled Property Lawyers between the firm’s offices. They are looking for a Property Solicitor with over 5 years' PQE to look after a mixed caseload of Commercial and Residential work.

You will deal with a mixed caseload of Commercial and Residential Property, the majority of which will be Commercial. The Residential caseload will be of a high quality, and Commercial work will cover a range of landlord & tenant, commercial leases, some development and investment matters.

You should be at least 5 years PQE in Property. If you are stronger at either Residential or Commercial then this is fine and we would still urge you to apply. Salary is very much negotiable and really depends on your background.
