Worldwide Education is currently recruiting for Qualified Primary and Secondary School Teachers to work in a variety of schools within the Aylesbury area.

We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate teachers who are able:

To effectively deliver and teach relevant lesson plans to designated students
To be able to teach the Primary or Secondary curriculum
To undertake associated pastoral and general teaching duties to provide a high-quality education to the pupils
To ensure the needs of the school are met with proficiency and professionalism
To manage the behaviour of the class group within the structure of the behaviour management policy
To ensure that the safeguarding needs of children and young people are met
To support the Health & Safety Regulations, ensuring safe working practices are adhered to
To carry out duties that may reasonably be requested by the Headteacher Requirements:

QTS/NQT or equivalent qualification
Ability to communicate effectively with other staff members and build positive relationships
Excellent understanding of The National Curriculum
Strong classroom management and behavioural management
Ability to plan and deliver high-quality lessonsDesirable criteria:

Additional training, such as Safeguarding, First Aid, Health & Safety
Previous experience teaching at Primary or Secondary level in the UK
Ability to travel up to 10 miles and work in different schoolsDue to the nature of this role, it will be necessary for an enhanced criminal record disclosure (DBS) to be undertaken, together with other safeguarding checks, including obtaining references from previous employers.
