To reinforce our Warehouse Team at MESM (Avantor Clinical Services), we are currently looking for a Warehouse Administrator. At MESM we provide a global service tailored to our customer’s individual needs whereby we will source medical equipment for their study and offer options for hire and purchase. In addition we will manage and monitor the equipment through full life cycle management.

KEY TASKS – MAJOR JOB DUTIES & RESPONSABILITIES

* You generate the calibration certificates for new equipment and make sure they are uploaded in the system and stored the correct way

* You will make sure old, paper certificates are scanned and uploaded correctly into the system

* You assist the Stock Controller with weekly PI checks and annual stock checks in their absence.

* You assist the team with returns and dispaches following all laid down procedures, holiday and sickness cover.

* You ensure that you adhere to safe working systems and the ISO 9001 processes and highlight any potential hazards to your line manager.

* You ensure that the warehouse is kept in a clean and tidy manner and that all waste is disposed or recycled correctly.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

* You are a teamplayer and are willing to learn

* You have strong organisational and accuracy skills.

* You have excellent professional communication skills – written and oral.

* You have very good MS Office skills.

* You have efficient administration skills with the ability to maintain records in a timely and accurate manner.
