NEW ROLE for fluent German speaker with Customer Service / Account Co-ordination experience to Join a thriving, energetic and friendly company based in High Wycombe, Bucks close to juntion 4 of M40.

The Position:

Working alongside the Sales Manager, you'll be managing the Company's European and UK customers which will involve:

Placing orders and processing escalations via calls, emails or website.
Identifying customer requirements and the best solutions for each customer
Identifying up-sell / cross-selling opportunities focusing on the Germany market, working towards a monthly target.
Promoting new products and offers
Using CRM systems to maintain records and process orders, quotes and invoices.Skills Required:

Along with fluent German language skills, you'll be able to demonstrate a solid background in Customer Service with a track record of achieving order/sales targets.

You'll also possess:

Excellent communication skills in writing and over the phone
The confidence to use your initiative to handle difficult customer queries or complaints
Experience of CRM systems and MS Office
Strong customer focus
