My client is looking to recruit a social media executive for a 3-month contract initially, with a possibility for extension to handle all social media activity for their brands. The role wil be for 4 hours per day (20 hours per week) office based with some home working.
The role involves the development and delivery of a social media communication plan to drive growth in:
* social media reach
* traffic from social media channels to our websites
* website registrations
* email sign ups
* logged in usage online.
The plan will be developed in liaison with the brand editors and brand managers.
Key responsibilities will include:
* writing and posting content-related for all brands social media channels
* writing promotional posts for all brands social media channels and utilising paid for social media as appropriate to achieve individual brand goals
* social listening across all brands
* reposting relevant third-party posts that would be relevant to each brands audience
* responding to comments/queries
* reporting on performance and targets for each brand.
Essential skills:
* Marketing graduate with an excellent understanding of social media
* Strong communication skills both written and verbal
* Evidence of using Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn for following social media channels for B2B and B2C communication
* Experience in using Hootsuite
Desirable skills:
* Previous experience of digital communications in a healthcare environment
* An understanding of the healthcare market
* Experience of using social media channels for B2B and B2C communication in the healthcare sector
