We are currently searching for a Project Manager to join one of our projects located in Milton Keynes.

The project is part of the western expansion of Milton Keynes and is a secondary school academy for 1800 Pupils. Watling Academy is due for completion in the 1st quarter of 2021.

You will be working for the principle M&E contractor on site.

You will report to the Contracts manager and oversee the programme of works. This will involve managing assigned subcontractors for both electrical installation and plumbing works in addition to your own installation team. You will have 2 x supervisors working underneath you and you will have to attend all progress meetings and report this to management and manage the client.

We are looking for someone from either an Electrical or Plumbing background who has previous experience managing M&E projects of approx £4M value.

This is paid on a contract basis and daily rate is negotiable. Immediate start with work until completion
