Design of mechanical and electrical aspects to building services projects
Carry out site inspections and condition surveys
Prepare applications for incoming utilities
Produce design layout drawing
Carry out evaluations and checks of Contractors' designs and drawings

As a successful Trainee Mechanical and Electrical Design Engineer Building Services, you will have the following:

An interest in Building services ideally with some experience
Recently qualified with a Building Services degree or equivalent
Some experience of BREEAM
Previous experience in design software including AutoCAD, Revit, HEVACOMP etc.
An understanding of sustainable design, low energy buildings and QA systems

Salary: £20,000- 25,000 per annum
Location: – Milton Keynes
Type of Contract: Permanent, Full time
Hours – 09:00 – 17:30 Monday – Friday
