We require an experienced cabin fitter/property maintenance engineer for our client, based in Thorny Slough, you must be able to work as an individual as well as part of a team, have a strong work ethic and flexible attitude to working, you must be proactive and capable of working to and achieving set targets/deadlines.
You must possess a basic understanding and acceptance of Health & Safety rule, have a good mix of general maintenance skills and be competent in the use of basic hand/power tools
Experience Required:

Complete PAT Testing
Use a Doosan 7 / 41 Air Compressor or equivalent
B1 Forklift or Power Pallet Truck or Low Loader Picker
A basic knowledge of power tools
Repair and replace wall and ceiling boards
General property maintenance
A basic understanding of plumbing circuits/systems and water pressure testing
Complete vinyl floor covering installation and repairs
Cleaning of units and fittings internally and externally
Work closely with and assist trades people
CSCS Blue Card (if required to work on customer sites)
Shot Blasting
Experience preferred:

Certificates in MPBA or ECA, training will be given to the right candidate
COSH
Full UK Driving Licence
