Are you fluent is German? Do you have a strong customer service background? If the answer is yes to both questions then I have a fantastic opportunity for you. My client is in a very busy period and needs an additional pair of hands to help process customers orders, deal with general enquiries and queries. Task management is key within this position and you must be able to prioritise effectively. You will be based on the telephone as well as on email but you will be expected to help quality control within the warehouse. My client really value their staff and offer a great holiday package, life insurance and a fantastic working environment. Salary is paying £20,000 – £21,000. Hours of work are 8.30am – 4.30pm Monday to Friday.
