Excellent remuneration on offer for a Residential Conveyancing Lawyer/Fee Earner within a busy practice in Buckinghamshire.
This is a wonderful opportunity for a dynamic solicitor, licensed conveyancer or paralegal to join an expanding residential conveyancing team on a full-time, permanent basis at their office in Milton Keynes. The successful lawyer will confidently manage a caseload of matters regarding new home purchases.
Responsibilities
Freehold and leasehold purchases
Declarations of trust
Transfers of equity
Taking client instructions
Investigating titles
Liaising with other professionals involved in property transactions
Stamp duty land tax
Registrations with the Land Registry The Candidate
Solicitors, licensed conveyancers and paralegals with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE
Experience in residential conveyancing matters is essential
Excellent communication skills
IT proficiency
Highly organised and able to meet tight deadlines
An aptitude for business development and marketing initiativesThe Firm
