On offer is the opportunity to lead all maintenance activities by developing a factory maintenance plan, and re-structuring the maintenance function at a leading international manufacturer close the Newport Pagnell area.

They are renowned for the quality of their products, and customer service. They have significantly invested in their manufacturing sites, with further improvements planned.

This is an exciting opportunity where you will manage all aspects of maintenance at the Newport Pagnell site, implementing new activities and developing the maintenance team through training, coaching and mentoring.

The role would suit a Maintenance Manager / Chief Engineer from a manufacturing background, looking for an autonomous role at a leading manufacturer.

An engineering qualification level 3 or above – Electrical or Mechanical
A proven track record of driving asset performance through TPM, pro-active maintenance & asset improvements
Ability to develop the maintenance team skills (upskill or replace) to move from an average to a high performing team
Ability to create and implement a factory plan for maintaining assets to include what skills they should retain in-house v sub contract to specialists
An engineering brain with attention to detail, able to demonstrate / lead practical problem solving & key priorities
Demonstratable experience in rapid transformation / turnaround
