TEAM LEADER – YOUNG PEOPLE’S SERVICE

Ivy Recruitment is currently working on behalf of our client to recruit a Team Leader for their Young Peoples Service based in Milton Keynes.

The post holder will be fully involved in all aspects of the day to day management of their designated services, including line managing the relevant front line staff. You will lead and develop competence of direct reports as well as carry caseloads of customers requiring support. You will work closely with the Contract Manager to ensure that the service delivers on all targets, both financial and those around the quality of the service.

Experience of working in a young persons supported housing scheme or similar service is essential for this role.

Experience of team leading, supervision of staff is also essential.

Ideally you will have a Level 3 in health and social care or degree.
