We are recruiting experienced health care assistant to join a successful team in the Milton Keynes area.

Main duties include:

* Supporting clients with daily living tasks

* Some personal care and physical support

* Supporting the service user with working toward their discharge.

* Working under the supervision and guidance of the multi-disciplinary team

* Managing complex behaviour and risks presented

* Ensure patients’ safety.

* The ability to develop client relationships.

Essential Requirements:

* Good communication skills

* 12 months related experience

* Must be able to record patients’ conditions by taking temperatures, pulse, and weight

* Positive attitude

* Must a DBS registered on the baring service
